If you choose to identify yourself by sending email or when using online forms:
The Board of Directors will use your personally-identifying information only to fulfill your request for information. If you request to be added to our mailing list, we will enter your email address into a database of homeowners.
Payments
We use Stripe for payments, analytics, and other business services. Stripe may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies. The personal data Stripe collects may include transactional data and identifying information about devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection, loss prevention, authentication, and analytics related to the performance of its services. You can learn more about Stripe and read its privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
If you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Springfield Station HOA will NOT sell, rent, exchange or release to third parties your email address or any personal-identifying information you submit via the website or in email to the Board of Directors.
How long we retain your data
If you choose to submit a request or contact the board of directors from our website we keep the form data for up to one-year. We keep your name, address, email address in our home owner database until you sell your house, at which time is is deleted.
What rights you have over your data
If you own a lot and are a member of Springfield Station HOA, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. When you sell your property you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
