A locking system has been implemented for the sport court by the Springfield Station Homeowner’s Association (SSHOA) Board.
The system is intended to: (i) provide access to the sport court by SSHOA members and invited guests only; which will have the consequent effect of (ii) limiting damage to the hoops and fence; and (iii) reducing trashing of court. No trespassing signs have been posted.
Members can request access by completing the Access Request form
Once membership in the SSHOA has been verified you will receive a notification via email with the numeric code to the locks. Renters in the SSHOA community are eligible for a code. Guests of a code holder can also use the court as long as a SSHOA member is also on the court.
The holder of a numeric code will be responsible for proper and legitimate use of the sport court. Submission of this application affirms that the applicant will not share the code with anyone outside their household.
Initially there will be padlocks on the gates. To discourage non-SSHOA walk-ons, please lock the gates when you leave. The Board is investigating a self-closing locking system with a numeric keypad to prevent entry by non-SSHOA members.
Access Code changes frequently and without notice.
Members who have already been provided access can get the current Access Code by entering your email address on the Access Request form.
The Board may need to change the numeric code from time to time due to inappropriate usage. To get the current access code enter your email address and click submit. If you have already been approved you will receive the new Access Code in your email within a few minutes.
